I have been one terrible blogger...I will admit it, it's just not my thing. I really wish it was :)

We started off our first official day of summer break at the Temecula Berry Co.! It was our first time there and we could not have asked for a better experience. We spent the morning filling our buckets up with blueberries and occasionally we would catch the kids snacking along the way :)

I woke up this morning and it hit me...my little girl starts kindergarten next week. I knew this day was coming but I didn't know how hard it was going to be for me. She is my little best friend, my shadow...my mini me. We do everything together...I know that she is ready but man I don't think I am. I am trying to keep my tears to myself...

When I saw this dress, I fell in love with it. I have had it for some time now waiting for the right person to wear it....I think it was a perfect fit for my niece who was down visiting from Washington for the summer. I miss you Mimi and cannot wait to have you again next summer!

Ty's first birthday | San Diego Childrens Photographer

The weather was just perfect for my nephews 1st birthday party! The kids had a blast swimming and running around and Ty just couldn't get enough of his cake! My sis-n-law put together the cutest "sock monkey" party...She did an amazing job!

My sis-n-law made that little monkey figurine...she is so creative!

I am officially on vacation...

We are off on another road trip this summer...this time to beautiful Utah! We will be back next week! Hope everyone is having a wonderful summer!! xoxo

My little Alice...

This year for Leyla's 5th birthday we are having an Alice in Wonderland party! Every year I just have to have a theme for her party. It's just fun that way! Every year I tell myself that I am not going to go all out but I do...how can I not, she's my one and only :)
Last week we went out and did some pictures of her as Alice...she loved pretending she was sleeping under the this big tree. She just makes my heart melt...

My baby...

The other day Leyla and I went out and played in a field near our house. It is beautiful here in Fallbrook, the rain has made all the hillsides near our home bright green! They are covered in lush grass and wildflowers. I wish that I could play in it everyday with her!
I can't believe that my little ladybug will be 5 next month...

I just can't believe how big she is! I am so blessed to be her momma, I could not have asked for a greater gift in my life than to have her.

A little preview for my sweet niece...

This is my 9 year old niece and she is so smart and beautiful. She was so cute and asked me if I could take some pictures of her because I make her feel so pretty (made my heart melt). I only get to see her and her family twice a year so when we get together I always bust out my camera. The last time I was able to take pictures of her was last Christmas, so it's been awhile :(
I just love her!!

This little cutie is my two year old niece. She is such a little princess and she is so giggly! She wanted me to take pictures of her for about a minute, then she was over it :)
