The winner will receive a 1 hour session within 20 miles of Fallbrook with her little ones, not so little ones or growing belly :) She will also receive $150 print credit!

Can you really believe it is November 1st today. It's hard to believe that Christmas is only 53 days away (eek I need to do some shopping) and that 2012 is right around the corner. The past 10 months has been a busy one for me...no complaining! I have loved every second of it! I hope that next year is just as busy and fun!

I really would just like to say thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last few years. I look back on how far I have come and how many tears I have shed along the way. I really can not express how blessed I feel to do what I do. As I type this I am overwhelmed with tears...to be able to capture a single moment and to have it forever. A picture that remains here long after one is gone. I couldn't imagine a better gift to give someone...

I would love to give this gift to a local family in need...someone who has overcome great odds, a love one dealing with a sickness, anyone that may be struggling to stay afloat. If you know someone please email me at houxfamily@gmail.com with the subject being "giving" and please tell me their story. All emails must be in by December 1st so I can choose the family in need, I will be contacting them by December 10th to coordinate a session with them.

Happy birthday to me...and to you :)

This Friday marks my 29th year of life...29 years! I love it! My twenties have been a blast...no complaints or regrets here! I lived in New York and then ventured off to Hawaii, came back home and met my husband, fell in love and have a beautiful little girl who makes my heart melt. I am so blessed to be here and to be a mom, wife, daughter, sister and a photographer :)

I am so grateful for the talent that God has blessed me with and I love sharing it with

each of you.

A whimsical cake decorating tutu girl kind of party | Temecula Childrens Party Photographer

A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing a super fun party! All the little girls were in heaven in their custom made tutus from Tutu Girlz. The party decorations were beyond adorable and were made by Keelie from Whimsical Celebrations. To top off the party Rebekah from Rebekah's Cake and Craft brought some delicious cakes for the girls to help decorate. We all had a super fun time!! Skye's workshop...

I had the most AMAZING time at Skye's workshop. The workshop was so inspirational and refreshing. I met some wonderful and very talented ladies that weekend who I plan on keeping in touch with forever.
We had some very cute little models, they weren't professional models but certainly could be!

One of the best parts of photographing little ones is you never know what they are going to do. One minute they are into you and the next not so much. So that is where you can catch funny little moments like these.
